The Residenza Pizziniaco a Casa Vacanze a Lecce Centro is a charming historic residence located close to the historic center of Lecce. This refined residence, a wing of an ancient fortified palace from the 1700s, offers its guests a unique experience, combining the charm of the past with modern comfort.

Attached to the Pizziniaco Residence, the “Corte” apartment is optimal for 4 guests who can reach 6 with extra beds.

Elegant historic apartment on two floors, it has a large living room with kitchen on the ground floor, two double bedrooms (one triple) on the 1st floor and two bathrooms.

The rooms are bright and from the smallest you can access a covered balcony, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests.

The rooms on the ground floor, ancient and with stone vaults, are well ventilated and bright.

The cooking area is complete with a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The living room is equipped with satellite and digital TV, free wi-fi internet, as well as guides and maps of the city.

Towels and bed linen are changed once a week along with general cleaning.

The ground floor has a second service bathroom and a small outdoor area with outdoor shower.

The apartment follows the formula of the holiday home for which the breakfast service is not provided nor that of linen change and tidying up, but only the overnight stay. The change of towels, linen and cleaning is however carried out once a week for longer stays.

The owners, who reside in an adjacent apartment, are always available to provide assistance and welcome guests in English as well. Pets are allowed.

The structure is a bike point affiliated with the municipal bicycle rental service, offering our guests the opportunity to rent bicycles at a discounted price.
