In the Pizziniaco Residence in Lecce Center, the Suite is located on the first floor and is a real studio apartment of about 35 square meters, divided into two rooms: a living room, with kitchenette, table and sofa bed, the bathroom and the double bedroom. The “Suite” is ideal for 2 people, but with the queen size bed that can be opened in the living room also 3 adult guests or a couple with 1/2 children. A cot for babies is also available on request. From both rooms there is access to a large balcony for exclusive use and a large sunny terrace in the morning and equipped with chairs, umbrella and table.

The structure, completely restored, is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there are the entrance, the reception area, the breakfast room, two bedrooms, a large internal courtyard and another outdoor area. On the first floor there is a sitting room with a common internet point and two bedrooms, one of which is a suite, both with a private terrace.

In the “Residenza Pizziniaco” a rich Italian and international breakfast is served: in addition to the classic cappuccino and Italian croissant, an assortment of seasonal fruit, juices, the inevitable “pasticciotto” from Lecce and, subject to availability, other typical desserts. For the savory we offer fresh bread, cheeses and cold cuts, Salento tomatoes, eggs and bacon. Breakfast is served from 8.30 to 10, but it is possible to agree with the management special needs and times.

We offer a familiar and informal service and as far as we can we are available to accommodate different requests.

Towels are changed and rooms are cleaned every 2 days, while bed linen is changed every 4 days.
